HOW GERMANY AND THE VATICAN USE THE EUROPEAN UNION AND NATO TO ACHIEVE THEIR HISTORICAL AIMS IN YUGOSLAVIA

 "We were escorted by a woman from the US Embassy as we flew towards Tusla. She pointed at all the destroyed villages and exclaimed excitedly 'Look at what the criminal Serbs have done'. In fact they were Bosnian Croat villages ethnically cleansed by the Muslims. ... Later (we) visited Mostar where the Croats had virtually destroyed the Muslim sector. The US official cried: 'Well at least this was done by the criminal Serbs.' 1. 1903 - 1918

Austria Hungary, the last Catholic Empire, in decline. Catholicisation of Dalmatia and Slavonia. The creation of "greater Croatia". The Slav revolution - Serbia as the centre of resistance to Austria Hungary and seen by the Vatican as the westernmost outpost of the hated 'schismatic Slavdom'.

1905 THE TARIFF WAR: Austria-Hungary blockade of Serbia 1908: Austria Hungary annexes Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Serbs in Bosnia become victims of cultural and religious persecution. 1909, Zagreb: Austria Hungary puts Serbs on trial for "high treason".

"Archduke Franz Ferdinand (of Austria Hungary) wished to stem the advance of Orthodox Christianity by converting the largest possible number of Serbs to Roman Catholicism. The Archduke suggested to Brosch that they should all (ie Orthodox, Catholic and Muslims) be dropped into a cauldron and only the Catholics should be allowed to come to the surface." - Die Aussenpolitik Franz Ferdinands by Leopold Lumetzky, Berliner Monatshefte June 1944 p. 187

1914 Serbia blamed for assassination of Franz Ferdinand (in fact the assassin was a citizen of Austria Hungary, not Serbia).

1913 ALBANIA was an artificial creation by Germany and Austria-Hungary in order to block Serbia's access to the Adriatic. (compare German activities in Albania today, see below).

1913 Serbian troops are warned by Austria-Hungary and Germany not to pursue the gangs of Albanian terrorists across the border into Albania. (1998 NATO, driven by "German Europe", threatens Serbia for defending its own territory - KOSOVO - from where most Serbs (who were the majority) were driven out by the Nazis during the war and by Albanians recently).

1914 The Pope gives wholehearted support to Austria-Hungary's attack against Serbia. Croatian and Muslim hooligans embark on mass pogrom against the Serbs throughout Croatia and Bosnia - supported by official propaganda. (1989 president Tudjman of Croatia describes genocide as a "natural phenomenon, it is not only permitted it is commanded indeed it is commanded by the almighty in defence of the only true faith".)

1914 The Catholic Bishops bless the arms of the Croat, Muslim and Slovenian recruits. Dr Marko Natlacen, prominent Slovenian clerical politician published a poem "String up the Serbs".

1915 Bombardment of Belgrade by German artillery. 400,000 tons of steel fell on the city in just 4 days - tens of thousands of Serbs killed. Unsuccessful attempt by the occupying force to convert the Serbian population to Catholicism. (Compare their 'success' of force converting 244,000 Serbs between 1941 and 1944! - see below)

1917 when Catholic Austria-Hungary was evidently about to fall, the Vatican sought to shore up the defences against Orthodoxy. Bishop Jeglich of Lubljana and the "Superior General" of the Jesuits, General Halke von Ledochowsky tried to create a Slav Catholic empire. The Ledochowsky Plan became an obsession of Pius XII. A similar plan was put to Clemenceau in 1918 by Josef Retinger, the Jesuit intriguer and founder of the European Movement and the Bilderberg group. For such intrigues, mainly on behalf of the Vatican, Retinger was expelled from allied countries during the First World War.

2. 1918 - 1945

Deliberate attempt by the Vatican to prevent creation of the new Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in the new Independent Yugoslavia. (Contrast haste with which the Vatican was the first state to recognise Nazi Germany in the 1930s and Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia in the 1990s!)

1929 Pius XI and Mussolini's Roman Empire

'Bishops took an oath of allegiance to the fascist dictatorship and the clergy were ordered never to oppose it or incite their flock to harm it. Prayers were said in churches for Mussolini and for fascism. Priests became members of the Fascist Party and were even its officers.' - The Vatican's Holocaust, A. 1933 The most Catholic of German governments takes power - Hitler, von Papen, Himmler, Goebbels, Goering.

1934 An Ustasha-trained terrorist assasinates King Alexander I of Yugoslavia in Marseilles. The King had been invited by the French Government to discuss measures for countering the aggressive foreign policy of Nazi Germany.

THE RISE OF CLERICALISM IN YUGOSLAVIA

"Franciscan schools in Sinj, Siroki Brijeg and Visoko, seminaries in Makarska, Mostar and Split and the theological faculty in Zagreb were the centres of national consciousness, that is, nests from which flocks of priests and toilers in God's vineyard took off every year as well as flocks of national fighters, teachers of national Ustasha consciousness." - Zagreb weekly 'The Independent State of Croatia' 1941 issue 33 page 42

1930s Franz Neuhausen - Germany weaves its intelligence net in Yugoslavia. Exact parallels of Germany's secret service in 1980s in Yugoslavia preparing the break up with the help of Croat (former Ustasha) emigres.

1941 Serbs reject Yugoslavia becoming part of Axis powers. Goebbels propaganda Blitzkrieg - Serbs accused of pillaging and ethnic cleansing (by Goebbels!!) Compare exactly the same methods of "German Europe" in the 1990s. NAZI INVASION 6th April 1941 Belgrade, previously declared an open City, bombed by Luftwaffe, 30,000 civilians die.

1941 (10th April) German army enters Zagreb and de facto creates the "Independent State of Croatia", which became puppet Nazi State ruled by Pavelic and his Ustasha thugs. Unleashed the most horrifying religious massacre of the 20th century - circa lm Serbs murdered between 1941 and 1945. JASENOVAC concentration camp where 700,000 were murdered (90% Serbs, the rest Jews and gypsies).

THE VATICAN'S ROLE IN THE FORCED CONVERSION OF SERBS

"Special offices and church committees must be created immediately for those to be converted ... Let every curate remember that these are historic days for our mission and we must under no circumstances let this opportunity pass. (ie the fascist control of Yugoslavia). Our work* is legal because it is in accord with official Vatican policy and with the directives of the Saintly Congregation of the Cardinals for the Eastern Church." - From 'The Voice of the Archbishopric of Krizevci' issue 2 1942. The author is the Apostolic Administrator and Bishop of Krizevci Dr Janko Shimrak a close colleague of Archbishop Stepinac beatified by the Pope in October 1998!

* This 'work' consisted of promising terrorised Serbs (often whole villages) that their lives would be spared if they "returned" to the true faith. Mass (forced) conversion 'ceremonies' were conducted by Catholic monks accompanied by detachments of heavily armed Ustasha.

"The Papal legate in Croatia, Mgr Marcone, openly blessed the Ustasha and publicly gave the fascist salute."

'In an official document dated as late as May 8th 1944 His Eminence Archbishop Stepinac, head of the Catholic hierarchy (in Nazi Croatia) informed the Holy Father that to date "244,000 Orthodox Serbs have been converted to the Church of God". Quotations from A. Manhattan, The Vatican's Holocaust

1990s Break up of Yugoslavia into ethnic groups - same as under the Nazis, where the Yugoslavs were split into about 12 different racial and religious states. The German WAFFEN SS divisions were organised according to such racial and ethnic divisions and included: HANDZAR - the Bosnian Muslims, KAMA - the Croats, SKENDERBEG - Albanians, PRINZ EUGEN - Yugoslavia's Ethnic Germans - exactly the same groups supported by German Europe today.

More recently a Handzar division surfaced under the operational control of the Bosnian Government. One of its duties is to protect President lzetbegovic.' ('The Bully on the Block: American Policy in the Former Yugoslavia' by Ivan Avakumovic, The University of British Columbia, 1996)

THE VATICAN AND IT'S "RATLINES"

"I gather that ... some arrangement has been worked out with the Vatican and Argentina ... protecting not only Quislings but also those guilty of terrible crimes committed in Yugoslavia. KURT WALDHEIM - a link between the past and the present, Nazism and Yugoslavia and Nazism and the Vatican

Waldheim was the first statesman to be visited by the newly elected leaders of Croatia and Bosnia in 1990. 1942 Waldheim was awarded one of the highest Croatian decorations - the "Zvonimir Medal with Oak Leaves" by Ante Pavelic, the Croatian fascist leader. (Recently awarded to and foolishly accepted by Lady Thatcher).

1948 Yugoslav Government named Waldheim as a war criminal. He was never prosecuted. Despite the opposition of the World Jewish Congress Waldheim became Secretary General of the UN and then Chancellor of Austria.

'During his frequent summer holidays in Austria Kohl often met Waldheim privately.' (Neue Zurcher Zeitung, 29.3.1992)

1994 The Pope awards Waldheim the highest decoration of the Roman Catholic Church.

3. 1945 - 1998

The conspiracy of silence - the campaign by the Vatican to exonerate Pius XII and Cardinal Stepinac (the leading Catholic figure in Ustasha ruled Croatia) to suppress the truth about fascist Croatia and the role of the Vatican - continues today.

Early 1960s German Secret Service starts gradual process of infiltrating and undermining the State of Yugoslavia.

1981 German Intelligence Service war against Yugoslavia enters a new aggressive phase with the appointment of Klaus Kinkel as Director General.

1989 The Fall of the Berlin Wall - the rise of the European Empire - based on the mythology of Charlemagne (crowned in Rome AD 800) and the 'Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation'. (See the European Union's "Charlemagne Prize".)

1990 THE DESTRUCTION OF YUGOSIAVIA

Germany, Belgium and Austria arm and support the Croatian and Slovenian separatists. Zagreb popsong 'Danke Deutschland'. Jasenovac Memorial - Tudjman's attempt to re-write history.

Britain gives way to German pressure to recognise Croatia and Slovenia - the 'Maastricht Trade-off' see Owen, Kaufman. A good example of how 'German Europe' (by binding Britain into economic dependence on European Treaties) has fatally weakened British power to pursue traditional "balance of power" policies in Europe.

1993 RUDOLF AUGSTEIN, editor of the "liberal" German weekly Der Spiegel calls for "the decimation of the Serb civilian population". (Der Spiegel 18/1993) Germany's effective takeover of Albania. Germany a haven for Kosovo Liberation Army members. Otto von Habsburg calls for the bombing of Belgrade.

CROATIA becomes an ethnically pure state for Croats instead of Serbs and Croats (who both speak Serbo Croat!). Tudjman declares Croatian Serbs an alien minority: "The first refugees in the Yugoslav conflict were the 40,000 Serbs who fled Croatia after a constitutional amendment defined them as an alien minority". - Simon Wiesenthal reported by Reuters

1995 OPERATION "STORM" - NATO aided expulsion of 200,000 Serbs from the KRAJINA. Vatican success in removing orthodox 'wedge' from Catholic central Europe.

"Washington gives tacit support to Croat attack" The Times 4.8.1995

THE ISLAMIC ATTACK ON YUGOSLAVIA

"There can be no peace or co-existence between the Islamic faith and non Islamic institutions. ... The Islamic movement must and can take power as soon as it is morally and numerically strong enough, not only to destroy the non Islamic power but to build up a new Islamic one. ... Turkey, as an Islamic country, used to rule the world. Turkey as an imitation of Europe, represents a third rate country." - The Muslim Declaration by Alija lzetbegovic (now President of Bosnia) Sarajevo 1969

1995 The Bosnian Muslim bombing of their own people in the market place of Sarajevo in order to try to blame the Serbs (later revealed by the UN as a well constructed lie) which led to a NATO ultimatum and subsequent bombing of Serbs.

KOSOVO From 1996: German civil and military intelligence trained and equipped the Kosovo Liberation Army, harboured the so called government of the 'Kosovo Republic in exile' in Germany, set up one of its largest secret service stations in the Albanian capital Tirana, selected recruits for the KLA command structure, supplied communications equipment and weapons and smuggled weapons from the former East Germany into Kosovo.

By accepting "German Europe's" (and the BBC's) propaganda about Yugoslavia the Foreign Office, the US Government and the British Press in general have turned our historical enemies into friends and historical allies into enemies. We thereby attack national democracies, enhance the power of the new Eurostate and break non racial nations into many racial or religious states - just as the Nazis did. The recent history of Yugoslavia is the clearest and most extreme example of Europe's return to the worst days of the 1930s and 1940s. Yugoslavia's enemies are also Britain's enemies - then as now.

Never before in the history of Europe has so much tax payers, money been spent on so many bombs, causing so much devastation and needless death, and for such little purpose and minimum effect.

Whether or not you agree with the assumption that Milosevic is cruel and evil and must he stopped, or with the allegations that before the air strikes he was employed in ethnic cleansing of Kosovars frorn their homeland, you must, like me, be alarmed at the manner in which this war has been directed, and question its purpose, given the escalation, not the reduction, in the problems the war was supposed to resolve.

The geographical location of Serbia, combined with the political and ethnic make-up of the former Yugoslavian nations and the history of the Balkans, teaches us one certainty - that this area is a powder keg of Europe - unstable, volatile and willing to ignite given the slightest of opportunities.

If Blair has found a new direction and policy for Nato we can rightly ask, will the principles of this policy be applied in other European and world spheres of conflict?

Blair told Parliament that this is a war for "humanitarian purposes". In order to defend humanitarianism Nato has bombed, and bombed and bombed Kosovo for two reasons, both of which are grotesquely puerile.

One, in the forlorn hope that servicemen will not have to be deployed, injured or killed and the other to humiliate the Serbs. The tactics appear to he having the opposite impact. We are right to question if Blair's strategy is unique to Kosovo. If not can we expect him to start sabre-rattling at the IRA and other terrorists in Ulster, bombing suspected IRA weapons dumps and lodging a series of charges against the leadership of the IRA at the international war crimes tribunal in The Hague?

No, unfortunately we cannot expect resolute action from Blair in Northern Ireland. Blair's Ulster policy insists that he talks and negotiates with the leadership of IRA/Sinn Fein, while in the Balkans Blair blames and bombs Milosevic while simultaneously taking the side of what is in effect the Balkan equivalent of the IRA.

It is here that the similarity - minus the military action - bears an uncanny parallel to Northern Ireland.

As the lines of refugees lengthen and thicken have you ever questioned why Macedonia is, in some cases at gunpoint chasing refugees from its border?

Its resentment of the refugees has very little to do with its inability to cope, and has everything to do with a sure and certain knowledge that the KLA has got its way by internationalising the crisis in the Balkans, and just like their Irish counterpart in the IRA, they are looking for a way of seizing power in this region of the Balkans.

Examine the facts: the Peoples Movement for Kosovo - the LPK - was formed in 1982 as an underground rival movement to the LDK.

It has an ideology we are not unfamiliar with of mystical-romantic nationalism demanding the unification of all Albanian areas of former Yugoslavia, including regions as diverse and distant as Kosovo, Western Macedonia, a fringe part of Montenegro, and three villages inside Serbia and, of course, unity with Albania.

These groups are directly linked with the paramilitary KLA which enjoys some popularity with Albanians living in border areas of Macedonia. The LPK publicly states it is distinct from the KLA yet the two are in reality inseparable. In 1993 the LPK developed a dual strategy - ring any bells yet? - for the need for a paramilitary organisation. In effect the LPA is the Sinn Fein of the KLA.

Be sure of one thing - the development of an Albanian nationalist movement will destabilise the Balkans even further. Nato's air attacks have, in effect, answered a call to arms by the KLA. The KLA cannot beat Serbia, just as the IRA cannot beat Britain but with Nato's backing it can force the West to play a role in the region, beyond the wishes of the people there.

Nato has given the KLA credibility in the same way the peace process has given credibility to IRA/Sinn Fein.

The instability in the Balkans affects Europe directly. The hand of the KLA is deep in the Western European illegal drugs trade.

Ethnic Albanians are now the most prominent group in the distribution of heroin in the West. They have taken over the lucrative Swiss drugs trade and last week the press reported that the Czech police arrested a Kosovar heroin dealer who had escaped from a Norwegian prison where he was serving 12 years for drug dealing. A search of his apartment turned up papers linking him to arms purchases and the KLA.

The parallels between the IRA and the KLA are unsettling. Nato's strategy is failing to defend humanity in Kosovo but has instead perpetrated its own inhumanities.

Nato stands at a crucial junction - either escalation of this war in the knowledge of the above consequences, or some sort of compromise with the man they have deemed to be evil. Sometimes the devil we know is considerably better than the one Nato wants to know.

TRUTH IN MEDIA WEBSITE

TiM Ed.: It tragically fitting that NATO, formed as a defensive organization 50 years ago to the day, should mark its anniversary with an attack on freedom of speech as well as innocent civilians in Belgrade. Now that all masks of civility have fallen, everybody can see the new NATO for what it is - a mass murdering New World Order juggernaut, or a North Atlantic Terrorist Organization, as some Belgrade protest posters have depicted it.

NATO AND SERB LOSSES DETAILED

BELGRADE, Apr. 23 - With various Serb sources claiming an average of three shoot-downs of various NATO aircraft per day, "sometimes even more;" and with NATO keeping its mouth shut while licking its wounds, it's hard to get an accurate handle as to how badly NATO is hurting.

In the Special TiM GW Bulletin Day 28, Update 1, Item 2 (Apr. 20), we provided the estimates of some Russian sources. Now, we can refer you to the following Web site, which details, incident by incident, day by day, the instances in which NATO planes have been shot down between Mar. 24 to date:

Meanwhile, the Serb side in the war has also outlined its losses to-date. The Yugoslav minister for information, M. Komnenic, said in a report released in Belgrade on Wednesday (Apr. 21) that 517 civilians were killed by NATO during the Mar. 24-Apr. 20 period, among them 13 children. And that over 4,000 civilians were wounded in NATO's raids.

Preliminary estimates of material damages inflicted by NATO bombers and missiles during the same period put the amount at about $10 billion. The northern province of Vojvodina alone suffered about $3.5 billion in damages. Across Yugoslavia, 11 bridges were destroyed, 14 damaged; 12 railroad lines and stations were hit, as well as six major highways and airports during the first four week period of the war. Also, 16 hospitals and clinics were damaged, along with over 190 school buildings, and thousands of private residences, according to the Yugoslav government report.

ALBRIGHT, CORRECTING BLAIR, ADMITS THAT WASHINGTON WANTS MILOSEVIC TO STAY

WASHINGTON, Apr. 20 - Never mind that Washington, London, Paris and Brussels have been demonizing the Yugoslav president, Slobodan Milosevic, for years. Never mind that they claimed they were waging war on him, while killing and maiming hundreds of innocent Serb civilians. Never mind that NATO has now even bombed his residence (while denying it was targeting Milosevic personally!?). Old-time TiM readers will recall what we've also saying for years - that the New World Order leaders NEED the bogeys like Milosevic or Saddam Hussein so as to justify their vile crimes against innocent people of Serbia or Iraq, while pursuing their imperial geopolitical objectives. Well, now Madeleine Albright, the U.S. secretary of state, has just about admitted as much herself, however unwittingly.

Answering a question at a press conference on Apr. 20, the British prime minister, Tony Blair, said:

"I think the solution is very simple; we carry on until he [Milosevic] does step down."

The words were barely out of the PM's mouth when Albright suggested that Blair had tripped on his tongue.

"Even though we have a common language, I gather there was some garble in that [the PM's statement]," she said. "It is not 'step down' but 'back down.' " (see the Wall Street Journal editorial, "All Wobbly," Apr. 21).

In other words, Washington wants Milosevic to STAY! Which, once again, ought to be no surprise to TiM readers. Not only because Saddam is still in power, eight years after having lost the war. But also because the CIA admitted that, too (see Day 13, Update 1, Item 1, Apr. 5).

Bill Clinton might argue that removal of a man he has likened to Hitler would involve a larger war effort. So he has Albright puff pipe dreams. "We have no intention of sending ground forces of any kind," she told CBS. "He [Milosevic] will come out of this with a military that is devastated."

But still in power, if Madam Halfbright has her way.

With this single word, a Belgrade resident summed up the "peace agreement" reached today, after the discussions between the Russian envoy, Viktor Chernomyrdin, and the Finnish president, Martti Ahtisaari, with the Yugoslav president, Slobodan Milosevic. Yugoslav parliament approved the agreement by a 136-74 vote in a special closed session this morning, as the Radical Party pulled out of the coalition government with Milosevic's Socialist Party. "We shall not sit in the government and await the arrival of NATO troops in Kosovo," said Vojislav Seselj, the Radical Party's leader."Chernomyrdin stabbed us in the back," the above Belgrade resident added. Predictably... as he had done to Russia in Chechnya. As we have said several times before, "no friend of Al Gore can be a friend of the Serbs"

"You were right all the time about 'Chernobill'," was the reaction of a Serbian-American theology professor from Indiana. "Weep Serbdom!" 

"Why did it take him so long to betray us?", another Serb resident told us, referring to Milosevic. "We could have had the same result with far fewer lives lost." 

Belgrade and much of Serbia was appropriately in darkness this evening, its lack of electricity, due to earlier NATO strikes, symbolizing this moment of darkness in Serb history.

Almost 610 years ago, the Serb Prince Lazar faced similar choices. Unlike Milosevic, however, Prince Lazar chose the heavenly, over the earthly kingdom. Here's a poem about it from the epic cycle of Kosovo:

Prince Lazar of noble ancestry!

Which kingdom will you choose?

Will you choose the earthly kingdom?

Or you will choose the heavenly kingdom?

If you choose the earthly kingdom…

All your army will perish,

And you, Oh Prince, will die with them"

After the Prince heard these words,

He pondered all sorts of thoughts:

"Dear God, what shall I do and how shall I?

Which kingdom shall I choose?

Shall I choose the earthly kingdom?

Or shall I choose the heavenly kingdom?

The earthly kingdom lasts only a brief time,

But the heavenly kingdom always and forever."

So the Prince chose the heavenly kingdom..

Then the Turks mounted their attack against Lazar.

And the Serbian Prince Lazar perished,

Together with his entire army,

Seventy-seven thousand a number,

And all was holy and honorable

And acceptable to gracious God…

So Milosevic is no Prince Lazar. This turncoat communist is more akin to Vuk Brankovic, a traitor who failed to heed Prince Lazar's call to Battle of Kosovo in June 1389, heralded here through the famous curse of Stefan Musich:

 If any Serb, or man of Serbian birth,

Or any man of Serbian kith or kin,

If any such a man comes not with me

To battle on the field of Kosovo -

Never shall he know a son or daughter;

Whatsoever he may touch shall wither;

Vineyard, field of wheat - his sweat and labor

fruitless;

And his generations barren!

Milosevic's betrayal was unfortunately all too predictable. It was just a matter of time and circumstances. Here is, for example, an excerpt from a column which this writer wrote on Oct. 11, 1998. It was published by the Washington Times on Oct. 25, 1998 under the title, "An Ugly Double Standard in Kosovo Conflict"

"...Ever since the summer of 1994, Milosevic has been playing the role of a "designated bogey", thus facilitating the realization of the U.S. government's geopolitical aims in the Balkans, and the dismemberment of his own country. In return for Milosevic's being such a good "bad guy," Washington has repeatedly propped him up when the Serbian people rose up against this former communist.

But if, in the end, NATO does end up waging war against Serbia, even if only to absolve Milosevic from the responsibility of giving up Kosovo, the action will set a dangerous precedent. It will mean nothing less than the end of national sovereignty and all inherent rights which sovereign nations have enjoyed for centuries world over. As a result, any nation will now have reasons to fear the capricious wrath of the "world's only remaining superpower," the new neo-colonial Big Brother. Capricious, because the new Big Brother's power is only based on a "might makes right" legal principle.

 For example, even if the Serbian government did do what the West is accusing it of having done, and even if the protection of supposedly endangered minorities is the overriding legal principle which outweighs the issues of national sovereignty, how can one explain the fact that this only applies to Serbia? The U.S./NATO never bombed Turkey over its atrocities against the Kurds; or China over Tibet; or Indonesia over East Timor; or Israel over its various enemies, including even extra-territorial military assaults on neighboring countries; or Russia over Chechnya; or Spain over its treatment of the Basques; etc.

In short, NATO's involvement in the Balkans is NOT about protection of civilians - Albanian or any other kind. It is about projection of power into a political vacuum created by the end of the Cold War. And about connecting NATO East (Turkey) with NATO West (Bosnia) - over the backs of a small predominantly Orthodox Christian nation whose territory unfortunately happens to intersect these NATO strategic interests.

If the Serb leader had been smart, he would have realized all this, and would have worked for his country to become a part of NATO, just as the predominantly Orthodox Christian Greece is, for example. As it were, Milosevic totally misread the geopolitical tea leaves around the end of the Cold War. This former communist counted on the backing of the Soviet Union as he chose to snub the world's biggest superpower (in the 1989-1990 period). When the Evil Empire collapsed, Milosevic was left stark naked, without a friend in the world. And the Serbian people have been paying the price for his arrogance and stupidity ever since.

In August 1994, Milosevic finally realized his error, turned coat, and turned on the Bosnian Serbs, too (whom he had been supporting prior to that). He became a western vassal, a "designated bogey," and a facilitator of the destruction of his own people. What followed was NATO's bombing of the Bosnian Serbs in August-September 1995; expulsion of some 250,000 Serbs from Croatia; the Dayton "Peace Accords" - actually the terms of surrender which Milosevic had signed in November 1995; and NATO's occupation of the Serbian territories in Bosnia in early 1996.

And now, the next (Kosovo) phase of NATO's expansion in the Balkans is about to unfold - with or without the bombing of Serbia. The "perpetual war for perpetual commerce" globalist principle is being affirmed once again in Kosovo. Which means that the U.S. and other western taxpayers can now start playing an "eeney, meeney, miney, mo…" game of their own: How much money and how many human lives will this overseas troops deployment cost us? Americans can also ask why we don't zip out of office - PERMANENTLY - the U.S. "Zippergate" officials who preach the virtue of chastity while chastising virtue the world over?"

PHOENIX, June 3 - This is the 100th Special TiM GW Bulletin published since the start of NATO's war on Serbia. And the war is still officially on. But the main protagonists are already jockeying for positions during the upcoming "peace process." It is at times like this that we are usually asked the perennial question which follows every war - who won?

Did NATO win?

Of course, not. Its reputation is in shreds, as is its credibility, both militarily and politically. As is Washington's and London's. As long as decent citizens of the world live and breathe, some will be pursuing the NATO war criminals until justice is served, and they are prosecuted for their war crimes in Serbia. The presence of the Russian and other non-NATO troops in Kosovo will also ensure that this terrorist organization will have to share the spoils in Kosovo with other countries.

Did Milosevic win?

Of course, not. He may have bought himself some extra time on this earth or out of prison, but he is unlikely to stay in power for much longer, as he did when he betrayed the Serbs of Bosnia in Dayton. It's now a toss up as to who will get to him faster - some outraged Serbs or NATO. Even if he is a self-professed atheist, Milosevic should be praying to God as he did when holding hands with Jesse Jackson that NATO wins this particular race.For, if the Serb people get a hold of him and his communist wife now, they are likely to end up as Romania's Ceausescu couple did in December 1989.

As if reinforcing this notion, the European Parliament President, Jose Maria Gil-Robles, said today in Cologne, Germany, that the European Union will not support any reconstruction program in Yugoslavia after the Kosovo war as long as Milosevic remains in power.

Did Russia win?

Of course, not. At least not the "real Russia," whose outrage against NATO the New World Order quislings, such as Boris Yeltsin and Viktor Chernomyrdin, simply ignored. Our Russian sources report that the Russian delegation at the Belgrade talks was split down the middle, with the military contingent strongly opposed to Chernomyrdin's betrayal of both the Serb and the Russian interests. Should Russia's military leaders one day decide to do a little more than just verbally oppose the Yeltsin-Chernomyrdin subservience to NATO, chances are that the Kosovo "peace process" may explode right back into the NATO leaders' faces.

And obviously, neither the Serb nor the Albanian people won. Both have been victimized by their leaders as well as by NATO.

So is there anyone that won?

Yes. The folks who planned and started the war - America's "death merchants" and other multinational industrials, bankers and media outfits, represented in the globalist organizations, such as Bilderbergers, the CFR, the Trilateralists... In other words, the money behind the NATO war criminals (see S99-83, Day 57, Item 1, May 19 and many earlier TIM GW Bulletins and Djurdjevic's columns/speeches).  

And even their victory may be short-lived. For, the American and other western taxpayers have now seen their ugly faces. And what their money can do to humanity. Make that - our money, extorted from us, the taxpayers, by their proxies, like Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Jean Chretien... and the lame Congress or parliamentarians. All we need to do is turn off that tap, and we can start saving lives.
