ZIONISM’S ATOMIC WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION

ISRAEL - WORLD’S THIRD MOST POWERFUL ATOMIC NATION

The London Times states that Israel’s top secret Diamona nuclear facility has developed from 200 to 500 atomic weapons. Some are small which can be fired as artillery shells with a range of 45 miles. Others are designed for cruise missiles. Israel has designed a deadly gamma radiation atomic weapon which can kill all the people but leave a city intact. The London Times, of June, 2000, reported that Israel has three submarines which can carry atomic cruise missiles and accurately fire them 950 miles. Israel has become the third, most powerful atomic arsenal in the world after the U.S. and Russia. They now have surpassed England, France and China!

AMERICA HELPED ISRAEL BUILD ATOMIC WEAPONS

Israel established its Atomic Energy Commission in 1952. Their chief facility is Diamona located in an isolated area of the Negev desert. Any aircraft which approaches within miles of Diamona will be shot down. In 1976, one of their own Mirage fighters strayed off course and was shot down. In 1973 a Libyan civilian airliner got too close and was shot down by surface-to-air missiles killing all 104 aboard. With the cooperation of the apartheid South African government, in September 22, 1979, Israel exploded a test atomic weapon in the Indian Ocean. They also tested three nuclear artillery shells in South Africa. An authority on Israel’s sophisticated weaponry, Seymour Hersh, says that only with U.S. help were they able to advance to the stage of being a leading world atomic power. Advance nuclear technology transfers began under Nixon and continued under the Carter and Reagan administrations.

HARSH PUNISHMENT FOR JEW WHO EXPOSED VAST ATOMIC BOMB PROJECT

It was the Jew, Mordechai Vanunu, who exposed this weapons program in the Sunday Times in 1986. He had worked at Diamona as a nuclear technician. Vanunu smuggled out dozens of photos and scientific data which revealed that Israel had at least 200 atomic weapons. Later, Vanunu was kidnapped from Italy by Mossad and brought to Israel for a secret military trial. He was sentenced to 18 years in prison. He served 12 years in solitary confinement in a 6’ by 9’ cell according to Amnesty International. This is the longest known solitary confinement in modem Western World history Vanunu still has two more years to serve.

Israel Shahak writes:

“Israel’s insistence on the independent use of its nuclear weapons can be seen as the foundation on which Israeli grand strategy rests."

Seymour Hersh says:

“The size and sophistication of Israel’s nuclear arsenal allows men, such as Ariel Sharon, to dream of redrawing the map of the Middle East aided by the implicit threat of nuclear force.”

Se’ev Shiff a writer for Ha’aretz in Tel Aviv:

"Whoever believes that Israel will ever sign the UN Convention prohibiting the proliferation of nuclear weapons is daydreaming."

ISRAEL’S JERICHO II BALLISTIC MISSILE TEST

Israel successfully carried out a secret launch of the Jericho II medium-range ballistic missile, the London based Al Hayat newspaper reported on July 1. Quoting “Western sources,” the paper said the test took place at the Palmahim missile range south of Tel Aviv on June 27.

It said the solid-fuel rocket is capable of hitting every Arab capital in the region. Neither the IDF nor the Defence Ministry would comment on the report of the launch.

"WORLD AWASH WITH WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION”

Four years ago, The Courier-Mail, (Australia 16 July 98) warned that Asia’s economic meltdown could lead to more armed conflicts due to an influx of cheap missiles fitted with chemical and biological warheads.

“Top-secret government assessments show that cheap weapons could be imported by poorer countries in response to a buildup of high-tech weapons, including attack helicopters and submarines fitted with strike missiles, by richer countries such as Singapore.

“The poorer countries include Indonesia and Malaysia which have been badly hit by the economic crisis.”

“The world’s arms bazaars are awash with cut-priced weapons of mass destruction sourced mainly from the former Soviet Union and cash-strapped countries in Eastern Europe.”

Former Russian security chief General Alexander Lebed revealed in 1997, that not all of the 100 suitcase-sized nuclear bombs with which the Soviet special forces were armed, have been accounted for. 48 were missing.

NUCLEAR OVERKILL

A stick of gelignite weighing half a kilo is enough to blow a man apart. Yet the nuclear stockpile is the equivalent of four tonnes of gelignite for every man, woman and child on earth. It’s an awesome amount of overkill. Equivalent of spraying one mosquito with ten cans of Mortein.

Harvard biologist and Nobel Prize winner professor George World reckons that there are, collectively, on this planet enough nuclear and thermo-nuclear warheads to equal ten tons of TNT for every man, women, and child living today There are at least six hydrogen bomb warheads being made every day. Physicist Algan Munn calculates that man could be obliterated from this world in two to three minutes.

"A (SMALL) NUCLEAR WAR COULD KILL 100 MILLION”

“A nuclear war between India and Pakistan might cause only limited environmental damage, but could kill 100 million people, say scientists in the U.S."

A NUCLEAR SCENARIO

The following description is the result of a one-megaton nuclear bomb if dropped over a city of about one million people. This scenario was given in a book entitled, “Taking Australia Off the Maps,” by Dr Jim Folk.

About 2.5 km over the city a huge second sun appears noiselessly in the sky. Anyone outdoors in the city streets catches fire and is quickly reduced to ashes. Metal lamp posts and cars droop and melt while the tar on the roads vapourises and gives off a burning gas.

The fireball expands until it is more than two kilometres wide and ten kilometres high. Within a circle of 8km from the city, anyone caught outside will receive third-degree burns to 20% of the body Even those further out will suffer flash-blindness should they look at the explosion.

This is just the beginning. About five seconds after the light has burnt into the sky the shock wave reaches the ground. Much of the city is crushed as if by a giant hammer while other buildings are picked up and hurled into the sky.

The wind builds up to more than 650 km per hour, at least four times the speed of a devastating hurricane. Everybody in the city centre is either killed outright or entombed in a pile of rubble. Within a five kilometre radius, a 500 km per hour wind batters most structures to the ground. Brick houses are torn to pieces. Up to 10 km away people are killed by flying debris and falling structures.

Some might feel that the worst is yet to come. A firestorm, many times worse than that which seared Dresden in WW2, will probably start as huge blazes suck air towards the centre of the city. (After the atom bomb fell on Hiroshima, the firestorm burnt for five hours, consuming everything combustible within two km.)

After that, when the initial effects of the blast have subsided, come the radiation sickness and the problem of the injured. The central hospital is a heap of debris and its nurses and doctors are dead. Medical facilities are inadequate to cope with even a fraction of the injured and dying, and infection breaks out all over the city. About 250,000 people are already dead and the long terrors are just beginning.

THE HAZARDS OF NUCLEAR SURVIVAL

Although millions would survive a nuclear barrage in an all-out war, they might emerge from fall-out shelters to find epidemics spread by trillions of insects breeding on the dead, a medical report concluded.

Up to a quarter of the survivors might die from contagious diseases, and because doctors tend to concentrate in large cities, most physicians would be killed in the initial attack, says a report in the “New England Journal of Medicine.”

For survivors, starvation would be a threat, but the biggest danger would be disease. The radiation exposure would have weakened half the survivors’ ability to fight infection. Antibiotics would be in short supply; clean water would be scarce, and sewer systems would be destroyed, facilitating outbreaks of hepatitis, salmonella infections, dysentery and typhoid. Crowded conditions in shelters would spread pneumonia, influenza and tuberculosis.

The immunity of animals would also be weakened, and rabies could become a problem.

Flies would breed in the bodies of victims and spread malaria, dengue fever, cholera and encephalitis. The population of flea carrying rats would rise, increasing the chance of plague. This disease alone could strike 12% of survivors, killing half of them.

NUCLEAR WEAPONS IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Israel already has over 200 nuclear weapons. Israel sees its nuclear weapons not just as a deterrent against Arab/Iranian use of weapons of mass destruction, but as a last-resort weapon to defend itself against an overwhelming conventional attack.

Israel is determined to ensure that no other Mid-east state has nuclear weapons. In June 1981, Israel bombed Iraq’s nuclear reactor at Osirak, just 12 miles south-east of Baghdad.

Iraq’s nuclear programme is stalled, but not dismantled. Key elements have been transferred to Algeria.

Russia is continuing to help Iran build a nuclear reactor which could have military implications. It is probable that Iran has already acquired off-the-shelf tactical nuclear weapons from Kazakhstan.

Iran is within a year of developing a missile capable of delivering a nuclear warhead to Israel.

Pakistan, a fundamentalist state with close ties to Saudi Arabia, carried out six nuclear tests in May 1998. It has enough weapons-grade uranium for 10 nuclear weapons and could accumulate enough for 60 such weapons by 2005.

OBITUARIES

MRS. MARY ELIZABETH (MAY) CAMPBELL

23RD OCTOBER, 1921 - 26TH JANUARY, 2002

We are saddened to announce the death of our Pastor’s mother, Mrs. Mary Campbell. Although she had been in declining health over the past year, her death came quite suddenly yet peacefully on Saturday 26th January. Always a worker behind the scenes, for many years she was responsible for packaging and mailing our publications. She also arranged catering for the meetings and visiting preachers such as Dr. Thomas, Pastor Southwick and many American friends enjoyed her hospitality. Although, frail in body, she remained active in mind, with a keen interest in current affairs and in our work and witness up to the day of her passing.

The funeral service which was attended by over one hundred people was conducted by Pastor Briggs of Maranatha Church, who clearly expounded the Christian hope of Resurrection to Immortality. Pastor Irvine of Ava Street Church led in prayer and Mr John Lewis read a tribute and also her favourite poem “The Weaver” reproduced on the back page of our magazine. Our prayers are with our Pastor at this time of great personal loss as he seeks to maintain a full programme of meetings.

We sorrow not as those without hope.

"As for me I will behold Thy face in righteousness.

I shall be satisfied when I awake with Thy likeness.”

Psalm 17:15

MRS ELSIE MONTGOMERY:

We also regret to learn of the death of Mrs Elsie Montgomery of Downpatrick. We first came to know Elsie during Dr Thomas’s ministry in Ulster and she remained faithful to the Kingdom Truth. When the work was commenced in Newcastle some seven years ago she came to the meetings as and when her health allowed. Although she had not been with us in person for some time, she kept in contact by literature and cassettes.

“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.”

STRANGE BEDFELLOWS :-

ZIONISM’S FRIENDS IN CENTRAL ASIA

It is interesting to note that five Central Asian Republics, which before 1991 were part of the old Soviet union are now showing a strange friendship for the Israeli state. They are Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. All five nations are predominantly Muslim, but each is resisting the pressure from Islamic fundamentalists.

An article in The Jerusalem Report, 21 May 2001, tells how, after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, there was a rush to build mosques, but few have become regular attendees. Strict observance of Islamic law is rare, “pork and alcohol are on the menu, “ “only a small proportion make the pilgrimage to Mecca “, and “women don’t wear veils.”

TURKMENISTAN

Turkmenistan’s president, or chief of the Turkmen people, “has a Jewish aid, Misha Mirkin, whose family is in Israel.” He claims to have checked his family line back to Noah and the Ark.

President Niyazov has “declared neutrality and has had that status recognised internationally.” Under his rule the nation has experienced a boom from oil resources in the Caspian Sea. An Israeli company has played a major part in developing an energy export system.

KAZAKHSTAN

Kazakhstan is by far the largest of the five Republics with an “area as large as the whole of Western Europe “, but a population of only 16 million.

During World War II, 100,000 Jews fled to Kazakhstan. These were scientists, doctors, engineers, and university lecturers, who were responsible for training the present leadership.

Air Kazakhstan flies four flights a week to Tel Aviv, but no flights to Arab capitals; and Israel has 16 government experts in Kazakhstan advising the locals on agriculture, telecommunications, medical services, and other matters. President Nazarboyev has instructed his ambassador to the UN to stop voting with the Arab bloc against Israel.

UZBEKISTAN

Uzbekistan’s president, Islam Karimov, has been accused by the Islamist Movement of being “a Jew by choice.” During World War II, “the Uzbeks took in 200,000 Jewish refugees.”

KYRGYZSTAN

Kyrgyzstan’ s president, Askar Akayer, “was the first leader of a former Soviet state to visit Jerusalem.” He received his education from Jewish teachers in St. Petersburg during the Communist era.

An Israeli company has successfully drilled for oil in Kyrgyzstan, and Israeli agricultural experts are working there. The president has a personal adviser who holds Israeli citizenship.

TAJIKISTAN

Tajikistan is in a state of war as the government forces battle Islamic militants. It seems the one thing that influences these Central Asian Republics to be sympathetic to Israel’s cause is that they themselves have similar problems with Islamic fundamentalist forces. They face a common foe.

At first these may appear to be strange bedfellows indeed; but when we consider the Asiatic origins of the Khazar Jews, and that the descendants of ancient Edom are found in both modern Turkey and in the Zionist State it is not so strange.

At present these Central Asian nations are not wide open to the Gospel. Believers are being persecuted, especially in Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

THE WEAVER

My life is but a weaving

Between my Lord and me,

I cannot choose the colours

He worketh steadily.

Oftimes He weaveth sorrow,

And I in foolish pride

Forget He sees the upper

And I, the underside.

Not till, the loom is silent

And the shuttles cease to fly

Shall God unroll the canvas

And explain the reason why.

The dark threads are as needful

In the Weaver’s skillful hand

As the threads of gold and silver

In the pattern He has planned.
